1. Coaching & Personal Development Services
Our coaching and personal development services require preparation, scheduling, and a commitment of time and resources.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific coaching agreement or offer:
Payments for coaching services are non-refundable once the program or coaching engagement has begun.
If you need to reschedule an individual coaching session, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes, subject to availability and the terms of your coaching agreement.
Failure to attend a scheduled session does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
If your coaching package includes a separate written agreement, the terms of that agreement will control if they differ from this general Refund Policy.
2. Events, Retreats & Experiences
Second Chance To Life events may require advance commitments for venues, accommodations, transportation, food, entertainment, activities, staffing, and other expenses.
Because many of these costs are incurred before an event takes place, event registration fees may be non-refundable or subject to event-specific cancellation terms.
The refund and cancellation terms shown on the applicable event registration or checkout page will apply to that event.
Unless otherwise stated, failure to attend an event does not automatically qualify for a refund.
If Second Chance To Life cancels an event, registered participants will be provided with information regarding available options, which may include a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduled experience depending on the circumstances.
3. Event Transfers
When permitted for a particular event, we may allow an event registration to be transferred to another eligible attendee.
Transfer requests are subject to approval and must be submitted before the applicable event.
Certain registrations, reservations, accommodations, or personalized experiences may not be transferable.
Please contact us if you are unable to attend and would like to determine whether a transfer is available.
4. Digital Products, Downloads & Courses
Because digital products can generally be accessed, viewed, or downloaded immediately after purchase, digital products and downloadable materials are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Merchandise & Physical Products

Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged after delivery, or personalized may not qualify for return unless they arrived defective or damaged.

Choosing a payment plan does not necessarily convert the purchase into a month-to-month service.
When a payment plan is offered for a program, event, coaching package, or other purchase, the installments may represent payments toward the total agreed purchase price.
Unless the applicable offer or agreement states otherwise, discontinuing participation does not automatically cancel remaining amounts owed or create a right to a refund.
Any specific payment-plan terms presented at checkout or contained in a signed agreement will control.
7. Deposits
Certain events, retreats, coaching programs, or services may require a deposit to reserve your space.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, deposits may be non-refundable because Second Chance To Life may make financial commitments or reserve limited capacity based on your registration.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be forfeited.
