Raised in San Jose, Jose was in a gang by 12 and facing a murder charge at 16. Mentors in juvenile hall saw something in him. He graduated while incarcerated, walked out at 17 and rebuilt his life one step at a time.

Today he builds businesses, leads teams and serves his community, and he brings those lessons to every stage.
