The things we go through to build confidence, or disciplines from the ground up can be, well, a little overwhelming. Especially, if you're trying to upgrade your life, or a life you desire but are avoiding the work. Any unnecessary hassles you would normally have to go through on your own, are now a second chance you give to yourself.

Finding hope in dark places

The struggle between you and your next moment is waiting in some of the most interesting places. A smile, a picture on your phone, a call to a friend. Sometimes hope is hard to find in a dark world, but when you know about gratitude, you can appreciate the small things a lot more. It can start with a mental awareness exercise that is as simple as telling yourself. "Appreciate this moment."

Getting thrown a lifeline

Sometimes holding on to what we know or what defines us can stop our growth from ever happening. You can feel alone, and for some, defeated. This is where you will see the universe provide a lifeline that may come as unexpected. For some, it's serendipitous. This requires you to give in to the possibilities, accept the circumstances, and align your purpose once again by giving yourself a second chance.
